We operate a fleet in excess of 60 vehicles and ensuring each delivery is carried out with maximum care and efficiency is something we take pride in doing well.

Our focus on providing outstanding customer service and satisfaction is also of huge importance; it has led us to invest substantially in modern technical devices designed to fine tune and improve every delivery we make. Van Tracking

We have fitted each of our vans with 'Real-time' satellite tracking systems, which allows us track each of our vans at any point during delivery. As well as helping us to ensure each delivery is en route and on time, it also allows us to give each of our client’s piece of mind; you can rest assured that Speed Couriers are consistently up to date with the exact position of your package. As we take such great pride in our efficiency and commitment to completing all deliveries inside the designated target delivery time, we have a great drive and determination to being as accurate as possible when locating deliveries. We have the ability to do this by receiving constant live updates from the built in satellite tracking systems.

We believe that providing a fast, efficient and punctual courier service is what counts; having the ability to track deliveries and advise clients on delivery times helps up to improve that service even more.

Electronic Signature Capture

The application of an electronic signature capture device on our courier dispatches helps us to improve our service yet again. These devices are individually set to each courier so we know exactly which driver and vehicle has been dispatched or each client; each delivery is to be confirmed with an electric signature on one of our devices. This allows us to present you with the delivery and have it immediately confirmed, this is them sent back to our database and confirmed as a successful delivery.
